🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES

• 🧪 Core Testing Activities: Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success.

  • Full-stack Test Engineer: Likely having 2+ years of experience in software testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability.

  • Senior Full-stack Test Engineer: Likely having 5+ years of experience in software testing + hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based testing tasks.

• 💡 Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.

📌 1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Check and validate all WH, pallet rental and primary/delivery transportation invoices in the month to support EVP Operations and Supply Chain’s approval. Analyze and comment Logistic Opex trend, cost per case and alert the abnormal cases.

• Conduct Inventory physical count process and review 3PL services and performance (PIFOT, DIFOT, WH and stock management) to finalize total allowance, compensation and claim… as per contractual KPIs. Support line manager and business partners (Supply chain, Planning and Procurement) about financial, operational and compliant matters to improve contractual terms.

• Support GCS refreshment and GCS self-test on 3PL and Logistics process, including inventory management, primary and secondary transportation, pallet management… to ensure process compliance and effective control in respective WHs and DCs. Do GEMBA and discuss the issues and corrective actions to improve process and performance. Give control advices to standardize and simplify Logistics process and control automation, understand and leverage system operations, such as WMS, TMS, GPS systems, for process management.

• Ensure timely and quality monthly closing reports for respective 3PL WH and transportation services as per PTR requirements, by accurately calculating and booking accruals and closely keep track on accrual fall-in and fall-out. Prepare financial reports and Balance Sheet Review accordingly.

3. Model: dựng mô hình dữ liệu theo chuẩn Star Schema (bảng fact và dimension).
4. Visualize: làm dashboard trực quan, kể chuyện bằng dữ liệu.

Giáo trình chi tiết

• Chương 1: Làm dashboard với Excel (14 bài). Cài Power Pivot, thu thập và hợp nhất dữ liệu bán hàng (fact sales), làm sạch dimension và fact, nạp vào data model, tạo quan hệ giữa fact và dimension, rồi làm KPI card, biểu đồ trung tâm, navigation và slicer cho trang tổng quan.
• Chương 2: Làm dashboard với Power BI (24 bài). 
• Chương 3: Làm dashboard với Power BI (11 bài). 
• Chương 4: Case thực hành mẫu (3 bài). Áp dụng vào tình huống thực tế.

Điểm mình thấy ổn

• Học theo kiểu làm dự án. Các bài đi theo một dự án dashboard bán hàng từ đầu đến cuối, chứ không chỉ liệt kê tính năng. Bài nào cũng dài 20–30 phút, nên là học làm thật.
• Có dạy tư duy mô hình dữ liệu. Nhiều khoá chỉ hướng dẫn kéo thả biểu đồ. Khoá này dành hẳn các bài về quan hệ fact – dimension và “nguyên tắc quan hệ đúng chuẩn”. Đây là phần giúp báo cáo chạy đúng khi dữ liệu lớn dần.
• Đi từ Excel sang Power BI. Bạn đang quen Excel thì học Chương 1 sẽ thấy dễ vào, rồi nâng lên Power BI ở các chương sau.
• Giá mềm, có hoàn tiền. 198.000đ cho hơn 9 tiếng học, lại có 7 ngày hoàn tiền nếu thấy không hợp.
• Học trọn đời. Bạn xem lại bất cứ lúc nào, thuận tiện khi vừa học vừa làm.

Những điều cần lưu ý

• Không phải khoá cho người chưa biết gì về Excel. Khoá đi thẳng vào Power Pivot và data model, nên bạn nên biết Excel cơ bản trước.
• Phần AI chỉ là một mảng trong khoá. Nếu bạn muốn học chuyên sâu về AI hay machine learning thì khoá này chưa phải nơi dành cho việc đó. Nó thiên về dùng AI để hỗ trợ phân tích và báo cáo.
• Yêu cầu phần mềm. Power BI Desktop miễn phí nhưng chỉ chạy trên Windows. Power Pivot trong Excel cũng cần bản Excel phù hợp, và người dùng Mac sẽ bị hạn chế. Bạn kiểm tra máy trước khi mua.
• Không thay thế SQL hay Python. Muốn làm Data Analyst chuyên nghiệp thì khoá này là nền tảng tốt, nhưng bạn nên học thêm SQL.

Khoá này phù hợp với ai?

• Nhân viên văn phòng (kế toán, nhân sự, marketing, kinh doanh) muốn làm báo cáo tự động, đẹp và chuyên nghiệp hơn
• Sinh viên khối kinh tế muốn có thêm kỹ năng dữ liệu cho CV
• Người muốn chuyển hướng sang Data / BI Analyst và cần một khoá thực hành giá rẻ để bắt đầu
• Quản lý muốn tự đọc và dựng dashboard theo dõi số liệu

Kết luận

Với khoảng 200 nghìn đồng, khoá học cho bạn một lộ trình thực hành rõ ràng từ làm sạch dữ liệu, dựng mô hình đến ra dashboard, dạy bằng dự án thật. Rủi ro cũng thấp vì có hoàn tiền trong 7 ngày. Nếu bạn đã biết Excel và muốn nâng cấp lên Power BI, mình thấy đây là lựa chọn đáng cân nhắc.
